Mr Super Clear is the best product; it is the least troublesome to use. But it can be hard to get and is pretty expensive.
A less expensive, more readily accessible option is Testor's Dullcote, but it has mixed performance reviews. May I direct you to:

thank you so much i a little nervous about preforming my first face up but willow's eye brow has rubbed off.
