Shirt, skirt, dress ???

can any one please post a tut on how to make a shirt?? I have willow who is i believe the msd size and she only had one dress i bought her and the green one i attempted to make her and clothing from the websites is sooo expencive

What sort of sewing experience and equipment do you have? A lot of the tutorials out there may be quicker and easier if you have access to a sewing machine, but you could hand sew them too, if you have the time and patience.
