Deviant Art Doll Changes Meme

Has anyone else seen or tried the "Doll changes" meme on Deviantart? You basically find the company photo of your dolls mold and then compare it to how your doll looks now.
I did it today and it was pretty fun. The Elfdoll default photo for Red has changed (for the worse UGH) and Bambircony dosn't make Shy anymore so finding a stock photo of her was intresting (good thing I remembered what it looked like!).

I've seen a fair share of them floating around, but haven't had my hand at it yet.

I'm kinda waiting for my Maska to come in first. (But it may just be my procrastination streak showing. <_< )

I've seen those recently and I've been thinking what a fun idea this was! Thanks for the link to the blank one, it makes it much easier. I totally need to do this, as I know so many of mind are soooo different from the stock photos. And I save stock photos on my external harddrive, so I keep all photos, even ones no longer sold anymore. At least a lot of them. (Sadly, I do not seem to have stock photos of Shy for you. I thought I did, but no.)

Thankfully I remembered a photo of a Shy being used as a Model for an outfit (which I later bought) through Bambicrony so the one up there for Momo is pretty close .

One of my dolls has no stock photo because she's a DIM Minimee... Hmm. What to do in that case? Just exclude her, I guess... poor Death!

Do you have a picture of her before she got a face-up?

Or include a picture of Death from the comics instead?

I actually found out that one of my boys doesn't have a stock photo! FOr some reason, Luts never seemed to have up a stock photo of the Elf Shiwoo sleeping head, so my poor Shane doesn't have a stock photo. However, I did find a photo of the sleeping head with the default faceup from someone on line, so I plan on using that. Otherwise, I either already had the stock photo, or had no trouble finding one. Yay!

Just a couple hours over a two day span. Most of that time was spent trying to find a damn sleeping elf shiwoo stock photo. I got it down to a science right at the beginning, knew exactly how to crop the photo to get the right shape and knew what pixel size to reduce it down to. Seriously easy once I knew what I was doing, and I did it all in paint and xnview! Yay for free image programs!
