Do You Talk To Your Dolls?

I find myself at times speaking to my dolls.

It's usually when I'm by myself, though, so I haven't gotten any crazy looks.


Do you talk to your dolls at all?

What do you tell them?


I usually sit my dolls down somewhere that they seem stable, even though it's a little risky. I then mutter to them, "If you fall, I'll kill you." Or when I'm wrestling one of them into clothes I yell at them to get their arms in sleeves or legs in both pant legs. >>

Ive done that. Of when I have a issuse or something is upsetting me I talk to Fo-ru. Or if i have a new one coming I tell them about them and what not expect for this time, no one knows about Aiden but Fo-ru.

Sometimes Its just simple chatters about my day.

I sometimes tell them about incoming dolls, too. xD

I usually talk to them when no one else is around to talk to. >>

Same! Dolls make for good listeners and secret holders.

Like all the time! But then, I tend to talk to stuffed animals, the radio, tv, movies... Not like, at the theater, I'm not rude. Still, how can you not help complaining to your doll that they won't stand, or hold a pose? Or when they just won't put their #&%^@ shirt on! Or their shoes won't come off their feet! Urgh!

So yeah, I'm crazy, I'll take them in the car with me and talk to them as I drive, but then I'd be talking without them, so I suppose they're not needed for that.

I think we all know where the stereotype of crazy doll ladies comes from. <<

I talk to movies when I'm home by myself too. xD Even if I've seen it a million times, I'll still yell at characters when they do something stupid.
I also talk to my dog. Even though my brother would swear I was talking to myself. IT WAS THE DOG, I SAY. <_<

I talk to my cat all the time, and stuffed animals, video games, tv and raido....and myself sometimes. BUT you know, everyone does it even though they wont admit it!

I get so angry at video games. xD
The dialogue is usually me yelling at characters in my party for dying. >>

Haha, yeah, same here! Just recently I was screaming at Zack in Crisis Core to stop getting Stopped by the stupid monsters. And I was telling him to run.

The last people I yelled at were in my Star Ocean game. Since they all died. DON'T THEY KNOW HOW EXPENSIVE IT IS TO REVIVE THEM. D<

It's very much fun to yell at them. xD

I talk to my dolls all the time, even when others are around (but usually only other doll owners or say like my Mom who knows I'm nuts already).

But then I've always spoken to my cat and stuffed animals/toys. Heck, I carry on whole conversations with my cat, no one knows what either is saying, but its fun.

I also talk to my videogames and movies (but not at the movie theater, I just make quiet snide remarks to my friend next to me.)

I do it all the time too normally when I'm alone but there have been the occasional "you've worn this tons of times! so why are you kicking about it now?!" in front of my friends, haha
