well they sound much more nice then who ever is the rep for Angel of dreams, I just got a we are shipping your doll soon, so i had to continue questioning them till i got a reply and they suck at timeliness, i mean i know people are busy and all but when it takes them almost a week to reply it is just bad.

Thats true. I usally get a fast reply from them (that night or morning after) and they are very nice! At first they gave me ' we will ship her as soon as possible' thing, which is fine. Then it was 'next week we will ship her' which was great and then the 'will ship her sat.' thing! ^^ I was nervous ordering from them for the first time but they have good feedback and are very nice~!

well I suggest no one order from Angel of dreams, i ordered a girl called Xi and i got a different doll.

Did you contact them and tell them they made a mistake? Cause most of the companies are really good about that. Usually they will send you the proper one and take that one back. AoD supposedly has a good reputation. It's Custom House and Ai Doll that I hear are not so great from other owners.

I sent them a note saying you screwed up but have gotten nothing back

When did you send the message? If it was really recent, (like today) depending on the time difference, they may just not have seen it yet (could be asleep), or it could have been over a holiday over there. I would say wait a day and send another if you haven't heard anything by then.

They will probably need some photos as evidence so they know you aren't scamming them,

I sent one yesterday when i got the doll and another to day, they have not been the greatest at keeping me posted on when my doll was to arrive and all any way

Do you have a Den of Angels account? There is probably an area on there that would have helpful advice on what to do in a case like this, or people who have possibly had a similar problem. And some of the companies have representatives who post on the boards.

I've never dealt with AoD, so I'm not sure what else to suggest, other then try to be civil and keep sending messages/waiting.

thank you, and those are a little helpful, I will just have to wait and see what they say though, granted i know i can get annoying quite fast, the only thing I am unwilling to do is send the doll back and pay the shipping, i believe it was their screw up they should be responsible for the shipping it back to them.

Oh wow, they sent you the wrong doll!? That so sucks! I really hope they get back to you quickly. I've never dealt with AoD before and I'm not particularly aware of their customer service record. I'll be crossing my fingers that they get this resolved for you soon!

After many emails to AOD is giving me a discount on my next doll, the doll they sent me as to the one I order has grown on me, he does not have a name though

FFFFF I find my butt back here because when Luts released there new KDF for the event I about flipped my hat! (Lol, I don't cuss so that is my alt. way for it!) That KDF Yuz stole my heart and clearly told me who he is and that I order him or die D:

So I am spending some of my trip money to buy him, putting my trip off by a month or so and I am just going to by him. He will be my 11th doll! DX However, I have to wait two weeks (when my money comes in on the 1st) and I have to put off my tattoo I was going to do this weekend. :<
